Here is an article to help you identify the 6-digit serial code of your device, both on the app and directly on the device. The serial code is a unique identifier that can usually be found within the device settings in the app or on a label on the physical device itself.
If you do NOT see any of the 6-digital serial codes, please ensure your Communication Adapter is inserted correctly and the hub has been power cycled.
Device
To check the 6-digit serial code on your physical device, locate the label typically found on the back (Smart Plug) or underside of the device (Radiator Valve). The serial code is printed clearly alongside other product information, like the model number.

To locate the 6-digit serial code in the app, you can check the ‘Zone Setup’ in the Zone Devices. Alternatively, the code will be displayed under the "Devices Page" section for easy access.

Please note that the 6-digit serial code cannot be modified. It is a permanent identifier assigned to your device.
