HUB Credentials Incorrect

Step 1
You have entered an incorrect username or password.
The first things to check are:
The capitalisation, as both the username and password are case-sensitive.
Ensure there are no extra spaces either side of the username or password, especially if you use auto-fill.
Re-type the username and password, in case of a mistaken button press.
If you cannot remember the correct username and password combination:
On the login screen, select 'Forgotten Password'
The first page will allow you to reset the password.
If you don't know the username, this can be changed by clicking the link at the bottom of the password reset page.
