Step 1
The Powered Room Thermostat displays an Er5 error on the screen when there is nothing correctly wired into the terminals for the External Sensor. Whilst this error is on screen, the Powered Room Thermostat will not correctly control the heating.
This setting is not currently enabled for the Powered Room Thermostat and so is likely caused by either a user trying to change settings from the front of the device, or if it is misconfigured.
