If you see a code on the valve that is not a temperature then there is may be a problem. The error codes are as follows:
In every case restart the valve by removing the batteries and putting them back in after 30 Seconds. The valve screen should display 21 and the E5E message should not return unless the valve is out of range. (See articles about smart plugs)definitely has a problem. If the E5 error persists see the article: How to - Position the Smart Plugs.
