If your hub seems to be unresponsive (as if it my have crashed) you may need to restart your Heat Genius Hub, you can follow this step-by-step guide.
Step-by-step guide
- Power down both the Genius Hub and the main internet router
- Turn on the internet router and wait 5 minutes for it to fully start up
- Turn on the Genius Hub so that it can reconnect to the internet and all of the devices in your home
After a restart it can take some time for the Genius Hub to reload the rooms and connect to all of the devices in the home (up to 30 minutes). This is why when you first login sometime you only see 'whole house' initially and some of the rooms will have 'X's next to them.
