Ensure you have a software version 6.3.10 or above, if not:

  1. On the My House page, click on the System Tile

  2. Follow the instructions under the Blue Circle (info) to install the latest software


  1. If you have installed the latest Hub software:
  2. In the app, click on the Main Menu
  3. Select 'Settings'
  4. Choose 'System'
  5. Tap on ‘Restart Hub’ in the Quick Actions Bar
    6. Click 'Restart'Shutdown the Genius Hub, as per this article.
  6. Install the Communications Adapter into the USB port found at the bottom of the Genius Hub.

  7. Plug in the white, round power cable into the bottom of the Genius Hub.
  8. The Communications Adapter will be brought online with the Genius Hub after the restart and you can now add Wireless Radiator Valves, as per the instructions above for how to 'Add a device'
