Electric Switch + Temperature Probe Factory Reset

Step 1

Factory resetting a device removes it from any Genius Hub and removes any custom settings. It does not require a Genius Hub to power powered on/in communications range.

First, ensure the Electric Switch is wired in and powered on.

Remove the white front cover from the Electric Switch using a flat bladed screwdriver. Push the screwdriver into the slot on the underside of the cover and flex the slot out slightly to release the white cover.


Step 2

Press & hold the Include and Boost buttons on the front for 5 seconds.

When the Electric Switch has been successfully factory reset, the red light underneath the Include button will slowly flash showing that it is not connected to any network.
