The battery powered devices are programmed to communicate with the Genius Hub on a schedule (wake-up intervals), or if there is a significant change in temperature, or if occupancy is detected.

The time interval for each device to check into the Genius Hub is:

  • Wireless Radiator Valve (DA-WRV-E) = 10 min

  • Genius Radiator Valve = 7.5 min

  • Wireless Room Sensor / Wireless Motion Sensor = 30 min 

    OR 

  • Wireless Room Thermostat = 30 minutes

  • Genius Room Thermostat = 10 min

    OR 

 

If your device is not displaying this time on the Devices page, 'Configure' the device from the Devices page. This will send the correct parameters to the device, over the next hour.
